After a long period without activity on my blog, I have decided to reactivate it, coinciding with the launch of my first book, Selli More in Seven Steps. Survival Guide in a Technological World’.
The marketing field has undergone a radical transformation, moving towards the intensive use of technological tools that allow contextualizing and giving relevance to all the strategies implemented to attract new customers, promote the sale of products and services, and foster loyalty.
What have been the motivations for my new book?
First of all, I intend to support small and medium-sized companies, which I consider to be the great forgotten ones in the vast field of Customer Experience and marketing technologies. These companies often have limited resources and tight budgets compared to large corporations, which makes it difficult for them to access relevant information and advanced technological tools.
On the other hand, I wish to awaken the awareness of students of Marketing and other disciplines, inviting them to discover in this field a fascinating world, full of professional opportunities. My objective is to show you the wide range of possibilities that exist in this discipline, which has an extraordinary path and an immense potential for development.
Sell more in seven steps
Within the pages of my book, you will discover valuable strategies to improve your customers’ experience and learn how to be entrepreneurial without losing your way. All of this is presented in a simple, understandable, and entertaining way, without overwhelming you with technicalities or terminology exclusive to the marketing field. My goal is to simplify things and make your life easier.
The main focus is to help you attract more customers, sell your products and services, and make every interaction with your company a memorable experience, establishing lasting relationships.
Within the broad landscape of Customer Experience, I will unveil in this book the most appropriate and accessible technologies for your company, moving away from large-scale corporate tools. However, I will also discuss some of these solutions in order to provide you with an overview and understanding of their advantages and disadvantages, allowing you to make the right decisions and implement them efficiently.
“The companies that get their act together and understand these changes will prosper. Those that don’t will have serious problems competing and ultimately existing.”
As my dear Andy Stalman rightly comments in the book’s foreword:
“The positive experience will become more and more relevant and strategic. The customer will forget almost everything but how you have made him feel.”””
