If the technology was once a promise, today it is a reality affecting millions of people around the globe. From robots in Asian factories to algorithms in U.S. offices, AI is reshaping entire labor markets-and it&#8217;s doing it <strong data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"792\">fast<\/strong>.  <\/p><p data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"1026\">But like any great transformation, it brings <strong data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"862\">fears and opportunities<\/strong>. What jobs are at risk? Where are new opportunities being created? Large companies are reducing administrative and support staff and automating basic tasks, such as customer service and software testing.<br data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1388\">This phenomenon is not only affecting numbers: it is also reducing opportunities for those trying to enter the job market.<\/p><p data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1626\">In this sense<b>, <\/b> <b>junior or entry-level positions are the first to disappear when a company adopts AI.<\/b><\/p><h3 data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"1686\">\ud83c\uddea\ud83c\uddfa Europe: More gradual, but with clear signals<\/h3><p data-start=\"1688\" data-end=\"2090\">Europe is not far behind. That has slowed massive job cuts&#8230; for now. <\/p><p data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2477\">In this area, AI is acting more as a complement than a substitute, boosting productivity rather than eliminating jobs.<\/p><p data-start=\"2479\" data-end=\"2620\">But there is a caveat: if the digital divide is not bridged, millions could be excluded from the opportunities that automation brings.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2627\" data-end=\"2681\">\ud83c\udde8\ud83c\uddf3 Asia: Intensive Robotization and Hybrid Models<\/h3><p data-start=\"2683\" data-end=\"2823\">Asia leads in industrial automation. data-start=\"3864\" data-end=\"3924\"><p data-start=\"3866\" data-end=\"3924\"><strong data-start=\"3869\" data-end=\"3893\">prompt engineers<\/strong> (experts in guiding AIs)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3925\" data-end=\"3977\"><p data-start=\"3927\" data-end=\"3977\"><strong data-start=\"3930\" data-end=\"3975\">AI ethics and governance specialists<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li
